For those who have experience in sales and marketing of Block related products educational qualification may be relaxed.
Candidates having Block Sales & marketing experience will get extra preference.

Create strategic marketing policy and implement the plan.
Create & execute an annual sales plan with defined goals and objectives.
Follow up with clients on sales order, invoice, payment collection, product delivery.
Help customers with technical aspects of our products and services.
Develop proper sales planning and marketing in order to increase the business and bring new projects for the company.
Monitor and analyze market trends, market competition and threat.
Visit regularly constantly old and new clients, arrange & attend meeting, constantly follow up.
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time visit to different corporate companies.
Travel to project sites, visit key clients and maintain professional business relationship within target accounts.
Manage long term business relationships with the clients to consistently achieve established Sales Plans/ Targets/ Collection targets.
Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
Review & analyze sales reports & other metrics.
Perform any other assignment given by the Management.

Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)
