Job Context

We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic Executive or Deputy Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has experience in the Real Estate/ Land Development Industry.

Job Responsibilities

This candidate should have at least 6 years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
Highly Preference to sales experience on Plot or Flat.
Or, extremely knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate present market scenario.
Have the experience to forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution
Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target & Capable to close the business deal
Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
Must have self-motivated and dynamic.
Detail outdoor visit plan for meeting with Right TG.
Handling every customer efficiently as a consultant.
