Education
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
- Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
- Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Commerce
Experience
-
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
Additional Requirements
Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the same position in any reputed Pharmaceutical Company
Other Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- A high level of computer literacy (Office Suite) and presentation skills
- Ability to interact well with all stakeholders and work independently on assigned tasks
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

Job Location : Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
- This position will be primarily responsible to coordinate with suppliers and with F&A, Production/QC to ensure smooth supplies of the raw material to Plant
- This position will be responsible to LC preparation, reviewing & monitoring of LC & shipping documents and to make sure necessary amendments & corrections
- Customs Handling, Co-ordination with C&F agents, Banks, Freight Forwarders & Transporters to get imported goods clearance on-time
- Ensure all formalities laid out by suppliers and compliances are completed for smooth execution of import orders
- Coordinate with QC/Production/PPIC/Engineering & PMD Department to plan of import & local purchase
- Critical complaint management & proactive attention through the works are must
- TEAM Player with right Behavioral Attitudes are MUST for this position
