Additional Requirements

Supporting the conduct of verifications such as HIGG, SLCP, and social audits such as Better Work, SEDEX, BSCI, and Brand audits.
To find out the non-compliance issue by daily floor visit & internal audit in the factory.
Conducting internal audits to assess compliance with sustainability practices and writing comprehensive reports with evidence and pictures.
Identifying potential hazards and escalating them to the risk assessment procedure to the related production team and following up with them regarding the process.
Organizing wellness programs to spread awareness among factory workers regarding health issues, policies, mission, vision, and new topics that help align them with the company strategies.
Participating in several CSR initiatives and projects, such as organizing training, awareness for workers.
Assisting in compiling data and preparing reports for sustainability disclosures and certifications, such as HIGG, SLCP, ESG report, and BSCI.
Monitoring compliance certification like GRS, EMS, GOTS, OCS, RCS, ISO: 9001 & 14001, FSC, WRAP, SEDEX, CTPAT, Better Work & monitor all technical audit etc.
