Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

Additional Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Python and at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Odoo or similar ERP systems.
In-depth understanding of ERP systems, data reporting, and process integration.
Strong knowledge of business processes, ideally within the agro sector, and the ability to adapt ERP systems to fit business needs.
Experience in software maintenance, troubleshooting, and module customization.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract and interpret business data.
Excellent communication and training skills to support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:

This role is critical to enhancing the functionality of the ERP, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth integration across various business processes. You will be responsible for –

Lead the enhancement and expansion of the ERP system.
Customize ERP modules, especially within the Odoo platform.
Collaborate with business units to map processes and integrate ERP systems into daily operations.
Extract and analyze data from the ERP system to generate reports that provide actionable insights.
Oversee daily operations related to stock management, product flow, and cash flow maintenance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Manage user access and security settings, ensuring proper user permissions and privacy protocols are in place.
Provide ERP training and technical support to users.
Monitor and ensure data security, protecting sensitive information in compliance with privacy standards.
