Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing new products / new manufacturing company.
Colleting product’s price from different manufacturers.
To preserve the PI and provide purchase order to the manufacturers.
To make necessary strategy regarding price before sending the PO.
To prepare quotation, Follow- up is required to get the order.
Arrange the shipment and monitoring the Forwarder and C&F for forwarding and clearing the shipment as well as receive the shipment on due time.
Ensure Bank LC/TT related activities by preparing proper documents. Follow up the customers is needed to open direct LC as well as cooperate on this issue.
Receiving the products, storing and monitoring as well as delivery the products to the customers as well as update the status.
Monitoring and lead the whole activities of supply chain department and need to take initiative for cost minimization in all cases.
Need to involve on Tax & VAT related activities, preserve the related documents and submit to concern regulatory department as per requirement.
