Requirements
Education

Responsibilities & Context
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and regular communication.
- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in the implementation and management of the performance appraisal process.
- Provide support to managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
- Oversee administrative functions, including office management, facility maintenance.
- Coordinate and manage factory events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions and benefits enrollment.
- Promote and ensure a safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Calculate and process employee final settlements, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Coordinate safety training and conduct regular safety audits.
