Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Management
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Insurance, Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, Bicycle, Motor Vehicle body manufacturer, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Additional Requirements

  • Age 26 to 36 years
  • PGD in HRM is an added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
  • Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and regular communication.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation and management of the performance appraisal process.
  • Provide support to managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans.
  • Oversee administrative functions, including office management, facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate and manage factory events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions and benefits enrollment.
  • Promote and ensure a safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Calculate and process employee final settlements, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Coordinate safety training and conduct regular safety audits.
