Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Engineering Firms, Automobile, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

Additional Requirements

  • Age at least 24 years
  • 2-5 years’ of HR experience preferably in recruitment, employees relations and grievance handling role.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to mix and work with different business segments, departments and functions effectively
  • Proactive, result oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Clear understanding or organizational policy and labor low
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

Responsibilities & Context

  • Work closely with different departments / SBUs regarding manpower planning, identify potential gaps and determine employee requirement for such position.
  • Prepare Job Ads and post it in suitable media (i.e. job portal, newspaper, professional, social & career networks).
  • Source prospective candidates through job portal, social media, professional link etc.
  • Shortlist prospective candidates as per the JD for the position.
  • Schedule and coordinate interview sessions and provide all support related to the interview processes.
  • Conduct written tests (for applicable positions) for assessing candidates to ensure whether the applicants meet position requirements fully.
  • Carry out Salary negotiation with the guideline from line manager.
  • Conduct pre-employment screening and testing including background/reference check, health check-up.
  • Communicate job offer letters to finally selected candidates.
  • Carrying out all the formalities of new employees joining and ensure proper onboarding process.
  • Facilitating the new employee Orientation Program and enhancing the new employee onboarding process.
  • Ensure employee confirmation and contract renewals are carried out in a timely manner and as per company policy.
  • Process probation appraisals with proper justifications in support of the recommendations made.
  • Manage the overall process of employee separation and settlement of associated issues.
  • Be responsible for workplace management and employee relations focusing mainly on establishing & maintaining positive & productive relationships of employees within the company.
  • Be responsible for managing training programs.
  • Manage day-to-day HR services including issuance of various letters, documents and certificates.
  • Assist in managing the disciplinary procedure according to the organizational policy and guidelines and resolve workplace disputes, complaints & conflicts in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Managing and updating Personnel Files and ensure timely update of information in HRIS.
