Responsibilities & Context
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in targeted international markets; report market insights, competitor activities, and expansion possibilities to the department head.
- Prepare, review, and maintain high-quality administrative and technical documents to comply with international regulatory standards.
- Provide accurate and customized technical and promotional materials based on buyer requirements and market-specific needs.
- Communicate and follow up with foreign drug regulatory authorities to resolve queries, deficiencies, and registration issues within deadlines.
- Coordinate closely with production, QA, RA, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation and samples for product registration.
- Supervise and monitor export shipment processes by working with internal departments, banks, and freight forwarding agents to ensure smooth export execution.
- Ensure full compliance with international export laws and local regulatory guidelines (DGDA, EPB, BAPI, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassies).
- Develop and finalize country-specific packaging materials aligned with buyer requirements and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications, approvals, and submissions related to international marketing.
- Stay updated on changes in international pharmaceutical regulations, pricing policies, and import requirements in target countries.
- Assist in preparing annual business plans, forecasts, and export targets in collaboration with the international marketing team.
- Submit a monthly report detailing domestic and international pharmaceutical product export data.
