Job Context:

  • Are you a results-oriented Sales persons with a passion for driving revenue growth in the dynamic Printing & Packaging Industries? We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Executive / Sr. Executive Sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Coordinate and oversee the successful execution of the new project and adherence to project goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying business opportunities and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing and supplier teams to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and provide feedback for product improvements and new product development.
  • Analyze market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and adapt sales strategies accordingly to maximize market share and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budget plans to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products, enhance brand awareness, and develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide day to day marketing and sales report to the management.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
