Requirements

Education

• Masters’s/ bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.

• Masters’s/ bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry with experience in analytical/formulation work.

• Masters’s/ bachelor’s degree in chemistry for analytical. Freshers are eligible but 1- or 2-years’ experience is preferable.

Responsibilities & Context

• Perform analysis/testing of new raw materials.

• Prepare and update the schedule of accelerated stability study, real time, or ongoing stability study.

• Perform physical and chemical tests relevant to product development, analytical method development and validation.

• Perform physical and chemical tests required for stability analysis such as accelerated stability, real time or ongoing stability study of new products.

• Review analytical methods and development procedure in cost effective manner.

• Prepare specification and Standard testing procedure for raw materials and finished products.

• Perform process validation of prospective and retrospective.

• Perform calibrations of all analytical equipment used under product development.

• Undertake work related to specification change of development products and perform tests of incoming materials and products.

• Maintain records relevant to analysis, testing, batch processing etc. under product development

• Ensure that product development area kept neat and clean, and all the equipment’s are maintained properly
