• The applicants should have experience in the area of production management (Finishing) in any reputed woven denim bottom manufacturing factory;

• Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented;

• Should have basic computer operating skill particularly in MS Word, Excel, E-Mail & Internet Browsing.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for finishing including trimming, button attach, ironing & packaging of garments;

• Achieve production plan, quantity, quality & planned efficiency;

• Assist finishing head to control and monitor costs and other overheads of the finishing department within the budgeted limit;

• Assist finishing head on evaluating staff performance, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development plans;

• Follow up all finishing accessories are in housed on time;

• Follow up & ensure garments input to different lines according to planning;

• Follow-up & ensure target wise production;

• Supervise & hand over of garments from production output to the packing section;

• Ensure and follow up packing condition and confirm the packing list for all buyers to ship the garments on time as per inspection schedule;

• Ensure the correct packing of garments inside the carton according to buyer’s instruction;

• Arrange inspection with buying QC before completion of finished order quantity;

• Conduct training on roles & responsibilities of the subordinates and works;

• Conduct proper training on machine & equipment handling;

• Lead compliance activities in production floor to maintain healthy & cordial working environment which meets all criteria of social standard;

• Ensure proper implementation of Sharp Tools Procedure;

• Any other job assigned by management.
