- Excellent visual communication skills
- Experience with branding and marketing collateral creation (web graphics, social media graphics, presentations, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- For Senior Position: Ability to lead and mentor junior designers, manage projects from concept to completion, and provide strategic design direction.
