Job Context
We need a lead-level HR who has expertise in recruiting IT Professionals.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Recruiting Process by understanding Job requirements of our clients properly.
- Design, plan, and execute recruitment and selection processes through CV screening, interviews, and other tests.
- Communicate with clients, candidates and management and correlation
- Formulate and implement HR-related plans, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Monitor smooth operation of all the project works and employees progress time to time
- Developing University relations, attend career fairs and target audience/community events that help to promote Venturas.
- Negotiate & resolve regular employee related issues
- Become an insider of Engineering Communities
- To get connected with different IT companies in BD
- Retain employees and plan to figure out about potential resigning people.
- Plan and come up with new ideas regularly to modify the HR Business model
- Update self IT skill and knowledge to be efficient in best engineers.
