Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Age 28 to 45 years
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT companies.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting within the software industry including direct sourcing, resume screening, candidate evaluation and selection for direct-hire positions
  • Excellent Business Level English communication proficiency both Verbal and Writing.
  • Experienced in conducting Webinar, Zoom, Meet interviews.
  • Experienced in different job portals, Head Hunting etc.
  • Database Management Expertise in Google Sheet, Docs etc.
  • Leadership skill with highest competency

Job Context

We need a lead-level HR who has expertise in recruiting IT Professionals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct Recruiting Process by understanding Job requirements of our clients properly.
  • Design, plan, and execute recruitment and selection processes through CV screening, interviews, and other tests.
  • Communicate with clients, candidates and management and correlation
  • Formulate and implement HR-related plans, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Monitor smooth operation of all the project works and employees progress time to time
  • Developing University relations, attend career fairs and target audience/community events that help to promote Venturas.
  • Negotiate & resolve regular employee related issues
  • Become an insider of Engineering Communities
  • To get connected with different IT companies in BD
  • Retain employees and plan to figure out about potential resigning people.
  • Plan and come up with new ideas regularly to modify the HR Business model
  • Update self IT skill and knowledge to be efficient in best engineers.
