Requirements

Education

• BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management from any reputed university.
• PGD or any Professional Certification in HRM will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

  Group of Companies, Bicycle, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Dairy, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Additional Requirements

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Candidates with experience in Organizational Development, Performance Management etc. will be preferred
• Strong command over MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR analytics tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Good project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our HR team as Sr. Executive, HR (Organizational Development). This role is responsible for designing, facilitating, and evaluating key OD initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing and implementing organizational development strategies aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate the performance management process including KPI setting, appraisal coordination, and feedback cycles.
• Ensure performance data is used for decisions around promotion, rewards, and development.
• Facilitate organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, culture development, and leadership development.
• Support employee engagement and culture-building initiatives across the organization.
• Design and Execute OD surveys and analyze results for strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks and succession planning tools.
• Support change management initiatives by partnering with internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and documentation related to OD and HR analytics.
