Experience Area: Hardware & Networking, Server System, IP Camera, Outlook, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Equipment / Software: Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Scanner, IP Phone, CC Camera, OS, MS Office, CCTV .

Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software, and networking.
Provide IT supports to user end for their desktops, laptops, wireless routers, scanners, printers and other IT assets as per company IT policy.
Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, applications, networks, printers, and scanners etc.
Configure Mail client for exchange/POP/IMAP and troubleshooting.
Network cabling and provide basic support of networking.
Provide IT support to End Users’ Devices, Such as Computer Hardware, Desktops, Laptops, Software, Networks, Wireless Router, Printers & Share, Scanners, Projectors, etc. & Replacing Computer Parts as Required.
Working, manage and Monitoring Access Control and Attendance Machine (Face/Finger ).
Clear knowledge on windows Server environment – Active directory, Domain Controller, Policy, DNS Server.
Installation and troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptop.
Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
