Create and maintain a detailed maintenance schedule, ensuring optimal equipment uptime and performance.
Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Execute of maintenance activities according to the established plan, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and equipment audits to identify maintenance needs and address equipment breakdowns promptly.
Prepare detailed maintenance reports, including equipment downtime, repair costs, and performance metrics.
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and manage maintenance-related projects, such as equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications.
Maintain accurate inventory levels of spare parts and consumables required for maintenance operations.
Prepare and submit timely requisitions for machine parts to ensure uninterrupted maintenance activities.
Use inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and reduce costs.
