Responsibilities & Context
- Job Location: Head Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts as per applicable financial reporting standards.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts, receivables, payables, and inter-company balances.
- Ensure timely data entry in ledger accounts to prepare accurate and timely trial balance
- Assist in preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders, including management and auditors.
- VAT, AIT, and other tax-related returns in compliance with Bangladesh tax laws.
- Process and monitor supplier payments in accordance with payment terms.
- Support statutory and internal audits by providing necessary documents and clarifications.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
