To ensure preparation daily Raw materials (Spare part, Stationary items, Hardware & Electrical)
To ensure preparation of daily stock.
To ensure goods are properly segregated and BIN CARD being used.
To ensure Goods quality and prepared GRN on time.
To ensure recording of the necessary data in Oracle on time.
To ensure emergency local purchase.
To insure monthly inventory and reconciliation.
Supervise inventory people are properly working or not.
To ensure Purchase requisition submit as per User Requirement.
To ensure to take necessary step to bring Engineering related goods from other’s unit.
Ensure user department about their purchase requisition status.
Follow up goods in housed or not as per Purchase requisition.
To ensure supply chain concern about new goods sample.
Keep Communication with user department about oracle related work.
To ensure to user department about any item which they unable to find out.
To ensure warehouse are neat and clean.
To perform any other job when assign by the senior management.
