  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the recruitment needs of various departments.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
  • Ensure social aspects-working conditions, labor standards & human rights.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process effectively·
  • Monitor & ensure strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures.
  • Require factory recruitment experience for 5+ years, if EPZ experience will be plus point.
  • Strongly social skill·
  • Fluency in English·
  • Expert in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • ERP related experience is preferable.
  • Ensure all policies are complied with Labor Laws and Company Rules & Regulations.
  • Ensure our factory employees comply with the necessary health, hygiene & Environmental safety regulations and practices.
  • Look after Industrial and Employee Relation affairs, including staff discipline, grievances and other related activities.
  • Monitor Salary & Wages Administration.
  • Well woken about EPZ working Environment.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Daily searching the CV base on the manpower requisition
  • Preparing the shortlist and arranging interview for suitable candidates
  • Maintaining the daily interview register
  • Following up with confirmed interviewee
  • Daily taking the interview of workers, and worker line fitting
  • Maintaining the personal file
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage daily HR operations.
  • Manage Performance Appraisal process.
  • Manage disciplinary process as per labor law, grievance procedure and resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
  • Well known about labor law ILO and EPZ law.
  • Expert in Bangla typing and format preparation.
