Additional Requirements

Two to five years of experience in operating industrial fermenters will be preferred.
Should have knowledge about the production of bioinoculants and biocontrol agents in industrial bioreactors and scale-up of processes.
MS or PhD in Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Molecular Biology/ or related fields from a reputed University
Candidates should have a background in Fermentation Technology and be able to work in an industrial setup.
Candidates must be sincere, committed to hard work, and willing to work at the mentioned Location.
Candidates must be responsible and efficient in working independently while demonstrating profound collaborative skills with the Team.
An ideal Candidate will be passionate about developing products that have a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
Knowledge about Microbial Fertilizers and Soil, Plant, and Microbe Interactions.
Knowledge about the production of Antibiotics or Enzymes in Bioreactors.
Proven experience in Molecular Biology related to Plants and Microorganisms and Analytical Sciences.
High level of creativity, initiative, independent thought, and collaborative ability.
Bioinformatics Skills would be advantageous.
Ability to develop innovative solutions for complex problems.
Candidates with PhD in relevant field will be given preference.

Candidates from any background should have experience in:

Compatible with bacterial and fungal culture on a Commercial scale.
Development of research plans for marketable biotech products and robust test procedures.
