Responsibilities & Context

Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify and address customer challenges, ensuring tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of our offerings, such as e-Bridge Global Print and e-Bridge Plus Embedded Applications.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrate how our products meet customer needs, providing in-depth technical insights during sales presentations and product demonstrations.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with customers, proactively identifying new sales opportunities and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer preferences, facilitating focus groups to gather insights that inform our sales strategy and improve product offerings.

Pitch Creation: Develop engaging pitches and presentations for the sales team to utilize when approaching prospective clients, emphasizing the features of Mobile Apps and UI Customization.

Value Presentation: Effectively present the value of our products, such as MFP Options and eSuite, to diverse audiences, showcasing their benefits and real-world applications.

Lead Qualification: Qualify leads and follow up to drive revenue growth, ensuring alignment with customer needs and expectations.

Request Management: Respond promptly to requests for information and proposals, providing comprehensive answers that highlight our offerings and capabilities.

Presentation Delivery: Prepare and deliver captivating product demonstrations and presentations, ensuring that clients fully understand the advantages of our solutions.
