Expert in CAD/CAM
Proficient knowledge in Solidworks, Ansys, Simens-NX etc.
Fundamental knowledge about plastic injection molding and mold design
Having experience in FDM & SLA 3D Printing will be emphasized
Documentation, BOM, knowledge about project management

Job Responsibilities:

Consumer Plastic Design and Development
New Product Concept Design and Planning
Prepare Concept design into (DFM) Design for Manufacturability
Existing product design for product development
Preparing BOM (Bill of Material)
New Product market analysis and Bench-marking with the existing Products
Design Lab management and 3D printing
Rapid Prototyping through FDM & SLA 3D printing
Working on Product Life Cycle extension work
