Responsibilities & Context
- Planning and organizing all production schedules (Such as, Production planning, manpower planning) and regulating workflows to ensure maximum utilization of capacity and requirements.
- Reducing wastage of resources and minimizing cost of production ” improve efficiency and production.
- Overseeing multiple production lines ” ensures that all production goals are met by establishing a manufacturing management.
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Supervising the work of staff and officers ” routinely counseling with each other.
- Determining quality control.
- Monitor industrial hygiene and waste handling.
- Coordinate the activities of effective cleaning of machinery equipment and utilities in the plant and premises.
- Developing the quality of products and strictly controlling the whole process ” ensuring maintain the product temperature, humidity, and moisture.
