Additional Requirements

Collect samples and conduct quality analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, finished products and others according to approved procedure
Utilize UV spectrophotometer, polarimeter, FTIR, HPLC, Karl Fisher Titrator and other instruments to analyze the specimens
Check and ensure that CIP is completed correctly prior to production
Check the quality of products in process and ensure all chemical test (Brix, Acidity, pH, density and packaging integrity), physical and organoleptic properties conform to standard specification
Check whether packing, labeling and coding are done as per prescribed standards
Conduct, calibration and validation/qualification of equipment and analysis test methods
Maintain inventory & management of laboratory accessories, reagent and instruments
Maintain documentation, develop and upgrade of SOPs, method & record keeping
Investigate out of specification results utilizing structured problem solving and root cause analysis
Support GMP compliance, plant cleanliness, critical hygiene procedure and ensuring its effectiveness
Take part in all related activities to implement Quality Management System and Food Safety Management System in the factory
Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
