Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer base and revenue for the service center.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate organizations, fleet managers, ride-hailing companies, and car owners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and presentations to pitch service packages to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and yearly business targets set by the company.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Leverage digital marketing and social media to attract new customers.
