Responsibilities & Context

• Have to Sale real estate product (Hotel Ownership)·
• Achieve sales target given by the Management.
• Build strong, long–lasting relationships with corporate & Home clients.
• Lead generate and regular effective follow-up.
• Must be able to work / lead a team as well as meet his own Targets.
• Must be experienced in Negotiating Price and Payment Schedules in Real Estate perspective.
•  Must be able to develop short term and long term sales strategies to compete in the fast changing Market scenarios and challenges.
• Responsible for preparing reports, supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
• Prepare and Submit Daily Works Report to supervisor.
• Report to head of Marketing for any programs and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work under pressure and long time.
