Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sr. Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry.
- Silently knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
- Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly & quarterly strategic marketing plan.
- Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
- Arrange meetings and project visits for the clients.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales report.
- Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
- Corporate sales planning and implementation.
- Any other task assigned by Management.
