Responsibilities & Context

Prepare yearly spare parts sales plan, strategies, policies, procedures.

Monitoring Spare parts sales vs Achieve target (Daily basis).

Achieve monthly/Yearly target for spare parts as per goal set by the company.

To prepare monthly spare parts Sale report and submit to the management.

To prepare monthly spare parts Stock report and submit to the management.

Monthly TA & DA bill check of Service & Spare Parts employees.

Ensure when to order & what quantity to be ordered depending on buffer stock, lead time and customer demand.

LC Process, documentation for letter of credit etc. should be capable to maintain inventory.

Coordinate with logistic & principle to get information of new spares.

Arrange ordering spares as per service bulletin and review order of internal stocking.

Spare Parts costing after received spares from India and posting in Spare Parts ERP Software.

Supervise the goods spare parts receiving process (GRN), parts pricing & upload to ERP and operate ERP.

Find out damage/short/Excess item, Claim as per condition with principal.

Spare parts related all business correspondence and updated spare parts claim settlement should be done with principle.

Suggest supervisor in improving process and update accordingly.

Monitor store assistant and give them proper guideline for storing, identifying spares and updating store as prescribed.

Monitor warehouse for Zero short/Excess of spares and arrange internal audit in the same purpose.

Identify spares physically which need to order and report them to proper channel.

Find out market potential based on tractor population and tractor model. Establish country wide dealer sales channel network accordingly.

Appoint dealer, Corporate and make agreement as per company.

Arrange meeting of spares dealer/corporate with enhance surrounding area with a view to increase spares retailer sales. Keep update information of competitor activities and execute set plan to increase market share.

Arrange the promotional activities, dealer/shop branding for spares dealer and corporate customer.

Product necessary report to supervisor as and when necessary/demand base.

Arrange the substitute to work in absence of subordinates.

To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
