Education

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic planning, marketing, and communications, preferably in the lifestyle, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media management systems.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for ISHO Limited and Plat-Forms.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Develop content strategies that engage and inspire target audiences across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Define and refine brand positioning for both companies, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  • Craft compelling narratives that articulate the unique value propositions of ISHO Limited and Plat-Forms.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, on-budget, and on-schedule.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve key marketing metrics.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Analyze digital metrics and consumer behavior to inform and refine strategies for better engagement and conversion.
  • Work closely with the creative team to ensure alignment between strategy and creative execution.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and communication.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement within the marketing function.
