Sr. Executive – Store Design & Supervision

ake overall responsibility for outlet renovation design and supervision, supporting the Retail Department as required.

Prepare furniture and fixture layout plans for upgrading outlets within the assigned time frame.

Introduce innovative materials to achieve better results and cost savings.

Prepare Estimated Bill of Quantity (EBQ) based on layout plans.

Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards, including fire alarms, smoke detectors, electrical layout, extinguishers, and emergency exits.

Recommend cost optimization by reusing old materials where feasible, in consultation with the Administration Team.

Conduct site visits with the Operations Team prior to layout preparation and ensure timely project execution.

Verify quality and quantity of furniture and fixtures after renovation, along with representatives from relevant departments.

Update rate charts for furniture and fittings annually by collecting market prices, following Procurement SOPs.

Monitor all renovation works, ensure warranty compliance, and enforce penalties for unjustified delays.
