Additional Requirements
Age At least 30 years
Minimum 10 years of proven experience in supply chain, procurement, and sourcing
Requiring 10+ years of local and international sourcing experience
Strong experience in government, semi-government, or project-based tender procurement
Practical knowledge of technical product sourcing, especially Broadcast, IT, Telecom, Lab Equipment, Electronics, and Engineering items
Ability to understand BOQ, technical specifications, compliance sheets, and tender requirements
Experience in collecting quotations, datasheets, brochures, certificates, MAF, authorization letters, and warranty documents
Strong communication skills for dealing with local and international suppliers
Ability to negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranty, and after-sales support
Must be capable of preparing supplier comparison statements and procurement reports
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project/tender deadlines
Must be honest, responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Responsibilities & Context
Handle end-to-end supply chain and procurement activities
Source products from local and international suppliers
Communicate with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors
Prepare supplier comparison, pricing analysis, and procurement reports
Ensure technical specification matching for tender and project requirements
Coordinate with internal teams for project-based purchasing
Maintain supplier relationships and support smooth procurement execution
Ensure documentation accuracy for government and private sector projects
