Additional Requirements

Manage and oversee all aspects of tour package bookings and hotel reservations, both domestic and international.
Process reservation requests received via phone, email, online platforms, and in-person inquiries.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget, and provide suitable recommendations.
Negotiate rates, and secure bookings.
Prepare detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel documents (vouchers, confirmations) for clients.
Handle amendments, cancellations, and rebooking requests efficiently and accurately.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality services.
Utilize and update reservation management systems (e.g., GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or proprietary software) with precision.
Resolve any issues or complaints related to bookings and reservations promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction.
Keep abreast of industry trends, new destinations, hotel promotions, and travel regulations.
Assist in developing new tour packages and promoting existing ones.
Generate reports on booking trends, sales performance, and customer feedback.
