Responsibilities & Context
- Design, develop, and tailor tour packages according to client’s needs.
- Manage Inbound & Outbound Sales Tour Packages.
- Handle B2B & B2C Client Queries effectively.
- Strategic planning and implementation of travel products and itineraries for clients.
- Provide support for Hajj & Umrah special desk.
- Maintain professional communication with international vendors to coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, & services.
- Develop and promote holidays packages to boost sales.
