• Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and engaging design solutions across various platforms.
• Extensive experience in designing UI/UX for diverse platforms including websites, dashboards, mobile applications, and custom web applications.
• Proven experience in leading design teams, mentoring junior designers, and fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.
• Outstanding communication skills to articulate design rationale and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.

Job Context

• As a Senior UI/UX Designer you will play a key role in leading large-scale digital innovation projects for global brands and enterprise clients. You will bridge the gap between design, business, and technology to ship world-class digital experiences. If you have the relevant expertise, passion for innovation, and a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead design research, ideation, and creation of digital interfaces, including layout, colors and typography, across multiple platforms and devices
• Facilitate discussions and design thinking/feedback sessions with product teams and project stakeholders
• Ensure successful delivery of multiple projects by managing design deliverables and timelines
• Mentor designers by providing clear design guidance and actionable suggestions
• Inspire all members of the creative team by fostering a culture of constant learning and professional growth
• Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, process flows, and sitemaps in Figma / Sketch to effectively communicate interaction and design concepts
• Create and maintain UI component libraries and design systems to ensure consistency across products and scalability for future projects
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness, user-friendliness)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers to define project goals and requirements
• Analyze research and feedback to gain user insight and incorporate them into new designs.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX design to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of our User-Centered Learning Ecosystem.
