Responsibilities & Context

  • Organize training/awareness on regular basis for Workers Recruitment.
  • New Employee Orientation Program.
  • To attend Buyer’s Compliance Audit.
  • Policy implementation work Motivation & awareness to workers.
  • Maintain liaison with Buyer & third-party auditors on regular basis.
  • Identify worker problem & solve the problem.
  • Meeting on Mid-Level Management.
  • Follow up all data, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
  • Guidelines to HR & welfare team for smooth continuation of their regular activities.
  • To ensure Bangladesh Labour Law 2006, Amendment 2013, 2018 &2023 and Bangladesh Labour Rules 2015 (Amendment-2022).
  • To ensure all social compliance audit to prepare factory for facing different audit such as BSCI, SEDEX, Environmental & Technical Etc.
  • Handling the platform: Better work, Oekotex.
  • Monitoring & implementing compliance certification audit like as GOTS, OCS, Oeko-tex 100.
  • Monitoring to RSC (Accord) CAP & compliance requirement of electrical safety, fire safety and building safety.
  • Properly monitoring all documentation, such as Fire Drill, Needle, Accident-Incident, Leave, Maternity Leave, Maternity benefit, Pregnant workers follow-up Report, Child care and any kinds of Meeting (PC Committee, Safety Committee, canteen Committee etc.), Awareness & Training Registers etc.
  • To ensure required compliance in the factory premise implemented as per buyer code of conduct Buyer code of conduct.
  • Conduct internal audit and prepare corrective action plan (CAP) against audit report.
  • Making of company policies and procedure with section wise risk assessment.
  • Compliance related all legal document record keeping & monitoring.
