Responsibilities & Context
Develop and maintain a strong buyer network to drive sales growth.
Conduct buyer meetings and visits to relevant factories.
Oversee sample development, lab dip submissions, and bulk order processing.
Ensure timely submission of handlooms, lab dips, and hanger swatches as per buyer requirements.
Maximize machine utilization and efficiency.
Communicate with customers to address inquiries, costing, quality, and delivery matters.
Ensure consistency between sampling and bulk production quality.
Collaborate with the production department based on buyer feedback.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual reports as needed.
