Requirements
Education
- Minimum Graduate in Fashion Design but AI expert will of course be given preference.
- Job-related other educational qualifications from any recognized Fashion / Garment / Textile Universities or Institutions will count as an added advantage.
- Educational requirements might be flexible for Extreme Level experience candidate strong on AI.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Buying House, Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile, Trading or Export/Import.
- Around 5 to 6year(s) of practical working experience in any reputable & well-established buying house or garment factory on design department.
- Experience working with in-house design team as well as working with vendors.
- Strong knowledge on fabrics and workmanship with embellishment (Print, Embroidery, wash etc) for customized design as buyer target with CLO,
- Enough knowledge for optimization on Production Cost in very competitive market on sustainability.
- Ability to do sketches by hand.
- Proficient with Microsoft excel & adobe illustrator, CLO, AI
- Must have thorough CAD knowledge and application.
- Excellent design and conceptual skills.
- Excellent sense of style and color compare on world market especial Europe and USA.
- Strong communication skills.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fashion Design/Graphic Design.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Lifestyle fashion.
- Proven talent to create a cohesive fashion viewpoint.

Responsibilities & Context
- Establish & enhance long-term business relationships with customers providing superb quality customer service to maximize the business growth of the Company.
- Participate in buyers’ meetings and be ready for frequent traveling.
- Ability to do Design of various kinds of Knit, Woven, Sweater/ garments & fabrics/yarns with Home textiles based on world upcoming demand.
- Ability to quote the most accurate info on the design about fabrication, Embellishment and technical design info.
- Should have a strong command of graphic design skills along with advanced knowledge of software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or any other motion graphics software.
- Supervision of design process from conception to final styling (especially in young Men, women western wear).
- Conducting market research to identify new trends, fabrics & techniques.
- Evaluate prototypes and improve design.
- Cooperating with team members to select seasonal themes, create new concepts & develop products.
- Choosing the appropriate with new fabrics and trims.
- Work together with technical personnel to ensure development designs are accurate.
- Allocate design target among the team members and get design with sample outputs within targeted deadline.
- Guide and review design and sample of team designers.
- Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation.
- Arranging 2D & 3D dimensional design with CLO.
- Ensure product functionality are properly maintained.
- Provide advice on design and samples to meet customer’s requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong vendor network for product development and on-time production.
- Ability to source and provide extra ordinary design and presentation to end buyer analyzing world trends on clothing.
- Handle customer’s inquiries and needs independently and with full confidence.
- Resolve conflicts between buyers and factories.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Board from time to time.

- 10% Company’s profit is given as a special incentive to all staff members on an annual basis as per salary ratio.
