Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context

Study design briefs and determine requirements.
Expert in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
Develops engaging, creative, innovative design for websites & software.
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
Design digital media content such as social media posts, logos, banners, Blog images, ads, etc.
Generate innovative ideas and concepts of various promotional activities through digital media.
Ensure that resolution of images, color mode, and size of the file for Implementation is correct.
Good skill of video editing. Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, Company logos, Facebook posts, and websites with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator.
Create high-quality content for our website, blog, ,social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Write & Check English and Bangla copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials.
Set Clear Content Goals & Maintain Global Standard All the time.
Research and understand SWISH client base needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research.
Collaborate with designers, Digital Marketers and other professionals on large- and small-scale brand and communications projects.
Ability to accomplishes monthly wings goal by supervising all copy, content, vlogs post, Social campaign post, technical writing, website design and monitoring work processes.
Ability to write synopsis or script for video productions.
Ability to understand SWISH customers psychology, market scenario and ensure copy team work accordingly.
Understand types of stories that drive traffic on the web media.
Work with management to deliver a content mix that reflects the needs of our audience.
Any other task assigned by management.
