Job Context:

Sr. IT Officer/IT Officer typically involves managing and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems and networks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliance.
• Record and maintain hardware and software inventories, and user access and security.
• Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
• Maintaining IP/PABX Solution with support whenever required.
• Performs daily network administration, attendance tasks such as creating user ID’s, maintaining grous, enabling printer sharing, managing security and backups.
• Determine plan layout for new hardware or modifications to existing layout.
• Basic knowledge in Software and Multimedia & IT support for any kind of function
