  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving performance, preferably in the Concrete Block Industry, Cement Industry, Real estate industry, Developer Companies, Ready Mix Concrete sector etc.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, specially on Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work under presure and adapt to changing priorities.

Skills & Expertise

  • Concrete Block products Sales & Marketing, problem solving ability with a deep understanding of the company’s Block products, including their features, materials, to effectively communicate with customers and .

Responsibilities & Context

  • Workplace: Work at office and field.
  • Position Overview: Reporting directly to the Director/General Manager. The Sr. Manager/AGM (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to promote and sell Concrete Block products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and contribute to product development strategies.
  • Maintaining sales records, preparing sales reports, and providing regular updates to management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Addressing customer concerns or complaints promptly and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell Concrete Block products, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize sales performance and achieve targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share in Bangladesh.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential Customers (Contractors, House owner, developer, real Estate, all kinds of Industries, Engineers (LGED, PWD, R&H, several Projects), Group of Companies, yards and other stakeholders to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities, providing insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
  • Oversee the development of marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, and promotional activities to effectively showcase properties and attract buyers.
  • Monitor sales performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing regular updates on sales activities, progress, and results.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in Concrete Block products sales and marketing, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
