Additional Requirements

Control and monitor day-to-day Finance & accounts-related activities of the team.
Prepare annual Accounts for the Board and Statutory Audit.
Prepare actual and projected Cash Flow statements.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/half-yearly financial statements.
Analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance with standards, aligned with company policies and in consultation with the line manager.
Manage treasury functions, including L/C management.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and investors to manage relationships and secure favorable terms in consultation with the line manager.
Prepare various financial reports for the Management.
Ensure proper controlling and listing of Fixed Assets, including conducting physical verification as per the Accounts Manual.
Assist in the preparation of the Budget plan, Business Plan, and Work Plan.
Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Any other task assigned by the Management
