Additional Requirements

Retired Major from Armed Forces.Proven experience in any security company (such as: RMG, Textiles, FMCG etc.) after retirement of Armed Forces
Experienced in Armed Commando/Intelligence/NSI/DGFI/Armed Forces/RAB will be preferred
Well trained in HSE/Plant Safety & Security will be preferred
Excellent communication both written & speaking in English

Plan & direct the day-to-day activities of Security Team of respective Complex
Exercise command and control over the Security Team;
Lead and develop effective security policies and procedures to save and secure the company’s assets and complex;
Effective liaison with local Govt. Authority, Law and order enforcing agencies as and when required;
Notifies security weaknesses and works to develop the better practices throughout the complex;
Plan and conduct safety and security awareness meeting with security personnel on periodical basis;
Implement security /safety improvements measures that benefit the company’s assets, visitors, foreign buyers and employees as directed by the management;
Monitor the leave, attendance, overtime of the Security Force;
Asses the needs of the respective complex and the needs of new security personnel;
Train the Security Team and handle their grievances;
Dealing with incident as and when required;
