We are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources and Administration expert for one of our Spinning factory who will effectively and efficiently formulate, implement and monitor appropriate human resources strategies in line with the vision of the company, maintain factory operations and coordinate all factory related HR operations.

  • Take full responsibility of factory administration including HR & Compliance. Maintain and improve administrative process and procedures to enhance production efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure the safety & security of the factory and handle any crisis effectively and efficiently.
  • Execute companie’s administrative plans, policies and decisions of the management.
  • Control & supervise the entire logistic support for factory operation.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the factory has the right talent to meet production demands.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and onboarding new employees. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Implement and enforce workplace safety programs. Conduct safety training sessions and promote a culture of safety within the factory.
  • Stay updated on relevant Bangladesh labor laws and code of conducts and regulations. Ensure the factory’s compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. Handle legal matters related to HR, such as employment contracts, terminations, and workplace investigations.
  • Develop and manage the HR department budget. Monitor expenses related to recruitment, training, and employee engagement programs.
  • Responsible for maintaining liasion with agencies/ organizations (Govt./Private) such as BTMA, fire cervice & civil defence, environment office, labor office, labor court, local influence, police station etc. for smooth functioning of factory administration as per compliance demand etc.
  • Interact with interdepartment and to develop awareness of compliance issues to achieve better compliance standard.
  • Sound knowledge on different compliance audit such as QMS, BSCI, SADDEX, HIGG FEM, SLCP, FSLM, traceability etc.
