Responsibilities & Context
Sajeeb Group invites applications from competent & potential talents for the position of “Sr. Manager/AGM- Mechanical Engineering (Food & Beverage Unit)”. Candidates having experience in Food & Beverage Industry will be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Direct or participate in supervision to layout, installations of the equipment & machinery, testing, operation and maintenance activities of industrial machinery.
- To manage and apply technical skill and knowledge to a range of engineering projects that can help improve the efficiency, effectiveness and safety of a food processing organization.
- ISO related all works (Break-Down Maintenance Form, Maintenance Log Book (M & E), Daily Preventive Check list, Lubrication Chart, Machine List, Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Daily Maintenance Break-Down Report, Machine History Book, Equipment Master List, and Calibration Data Card & Training.
- Maintain & update material management system for spares-parts, tools, & equipment in sufficient quantity so to use and/or replace when required.
- Check & justify any material requisition for repair and overhauling of any part of the machines before Budgeting, Planning, procurement of machines & spares as required.
- Maintain liaison and coordination with REB/PDB, Gas, Boiler Certification Office etc.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, good sound with AutoCAD & Microsoft Project.
