- Plan production schedules based on available orders and capacity.
- Ensure booked Standard Allowed Hours (SAH) align with capacity SAH.
- Allocate floor-wise available SAH based on capacity.
- Oversee production planning and control to meet delivery deadlines.
- Conduct demand forecasting and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Lead and train the planning team for high performance.
- Prepare and analyze reports on production performance and inventory.
- Develop strategic plans and forecasts to support business goals.
