Requirements

Education

• BBA/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline from a reputed university.
• Candidates with additional certifications in Sales, Business Development, or Management will have an advantage.

Experience

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Packaging Industry, Paper

Additional Requirements

• Age 32 to 45 years

• Strong knowledge of paper products, packaging, and printing industries.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data, market trends, and sales performance metrics.

Responsibilities & Context

• Develop and execute monthly sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
• Monitor and oversee all sales activities while effectively managing the sales team.
• Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
• Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to improve performance and goal achievement.
• Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance business retention and growth.
• Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
• Prepare and present sales reports, performance updates, and forecasts to senior management.
• Manage sales budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Utilize Oracle software for sales data management and reporting.
