  • Expert presentation skills with ability to build compelling presentations and advanced excel modeling skills
  • Strong executive presence, strategic, quantitative and operational mindset with consulting background preferred experience with Salesforce, Power BI.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Sr. Manager or AGM – Marketing & Sales Strategy and Planning. Job Responsibilities:

  • Play a pivotal role in shaping marketing and sales strategies to maximize revenue and profit, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to provide insights, growth strategies, and resources necessary for executing our commercial plan with excellence.
  • Grow sales and distribution in all areas, including new categories, by leading strategic initiatives and optimizing the 4P strategy.
  • Lead the optimization of AMPPS (Assortment, Merchandising, Price, Promotion, and Shelving) to ensure consistency across stores and channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to guarantee alignment and executional standards.
  • Lead trade marketing initiatives, planning and executing all aspects of channel marketing programs primarily for the retail channel.
  • Manage trade funds to support marketing and promotional plans.
  • Manage national trade marketing budgets, overseeing both owned and regional team expenditures.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and recommend courses of action on incremental programming and funding requests.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate planning effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
  • Evaluate marketing activity performance and effectiveness through joint initiatives with Trade and Analytics teams.
  • Identify and capitalize on export opportunities to expand market reach and revenue streams.
  • Lead the design of new products, creating a product designing calendar, and reaching out to local and international markets for new product selection.
  • Develop a variety of product designs for selection, making prototype samples for evaluation and decision-making.
