Responsibilities & Context
- Operation & Maintenance of Elastic unit including design.
- Planning of daily production and Customer service of Elastic.
- Leading a workforce and overseeing operation of Garments Elastic unit of Accessories factory.
- Design of Elastic compatible with Machine.
- Forecast sourcing budget, analyze order placements and ensure consistent growth of business for the company.
- Pricing and costing of products.
- Be aware of risk factors that may arise time to time and impact the production, suggest effective alternative solutions to ensure to on time delivery without incurring additional cost.
- Set goals, targets for the team and ensure met the target efficiently.
- Ensure smooth execution to maintain on time delivery with right quality and quantity.
